Our services involve time, planning, resource allocation, and custom work specifically created for each client. - Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
✅ Duplicate Transaction
If a customer is charged more than once for the same project or invoice due to a payment gateway error or technical issue:
The duplicate transaction will be verified
The excess amount will be refunded
Raise a request withing 6 hours of payment made.
✅ Service Not Started (Case-by-Case Basis)
Raise a request withing 1 day of payment made – Full refunds.
Refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
- Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind after project confirmation
Delay caused by client-side approvals or content submission
Project cancellation after work has started
Dissatisfaction due to scope changes outside the agreed requirements
Domain, hosting, third-party tools, or software purchases
Custom design or development work already delivered - Project Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
